One Day Yellowstone Tour From Jackson
Departing from Jackson we’ll travel through Grand Teton National Park, before entering Yellowstone, and touring Yellowstone’s entire lower loop.
Jackson is one of the closest towns to Yellowstone, and we operate three different Yellowstone tours from Jackson. One is a one day tour and the others are two day tours.
Departing from Jackson we’ll travel through Grand Teton National Park, before entering Yellowstone, and touring Yellowstone’s entire lower loop.
Departing from Jackson we’ll travel through Grand Teton National Park, before entering Yellowstone, and touring Yellowstone’s entire lower loop. You will spend that night in West Yellowstone. The next day you will tour Yellowstone’s upper loop before returning to Jackson through east Idaho that evening.
You’ll travel from Jackson to West Yellowstone where you will spend the next two nights. Tomorrow you will tour Yellowstone’s upper loop and the following day you will tour the lower loop, before returning to Jackson through east Idaho that evening.

The lower loop tour focuses on Yellowstone’s thermal features. Sights and areas we hope to show you include the Madison Valley; the Lower Geyser Basin including Fountain Paint Pot and the boardwalk system; the Midway Geyser Basin including Grand Prismatic Spring and Excelsior Geyser, plus the boardwalk system; the Upper Geyser Basin including Old Faithful, Old Faithful Inn and other geysers and hot springs; Biscuit Basin; Black Sand Basin; Isa Lake at the Continental Divide; West Thumb Geyser Basin with its boardwalks; Yellowstone Lake; Mud Volcano; the Hayden Valley; Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone; Gibbon Falls.
The upper loop tour has an emphasis on Yellowstone’s wildlife and beauty, while still including thermal features. Places we hope to show you include the Madison Valley; Gibbon Falls; both Porcelain Basin and Back Basin at Norris Geyser Basin; Roaring Mountain; Mammoth Hot Springs; the Boiling River; the 45th Parallel; Roosevelt Arch; the Lamar Valley; Tower Falls; Dunraven Pass.
